Last Saturday, saw people in tv program eating cheese prawnball as photo showed above, it stimulate my gastric acid. Thus I search the way to do it on net and success on the 1st attempt. Weeheee ~~o(≧v≦)o~~好棒

Due to the poor quality of my camera, so I decided to search the image on net . Actually the cheese was surrounded by prawns. But thanks to my camera, can't saw it. ╭(╯^╰)╮

What I did in this weekend? Found a new way to do sandwich and tried it yesterday. Unfortunately didn't put lots of parsley and ended up can't bring out the taste. So this rolled sandwich failed but edible still =p.



Today, try my favourite coffee cake which the recipe searched from net.Here it is.
Sorry for the poor skill of mine.




Thanks GYM. This is nice. The structure is ok compare to my butter cake. Maybe should use the same way for the butter cake.

Banana Cake

Last Wednesday, supposed to bake butter cake. However, dad said 'what?butter again?' I said, 'don't want ar? ok lo, try banana then.' So I went to search the recipe from the net. One of the experienced person said the ingredients are totally the same, just add 4 bananas. So I used my butter cake's recipe and just add on the bananas,mashed it and batter with sugars and eggs. After all settled, I add some banana slices on top to make the cake more chewy..









After baked

Looks not bad huh? Unfortunately after cooling, it ‘cakeslide' LOL...zzz...but still edible la..haha..taste not bad...^^

This coming sunday ,most probably is coffee cake.

Butter Cake

Supposed to went to friend's house and make together but she was not free so in the end I make alone. *actually being forced by dad* 呵呵呵！！！

Dad : What time are you going to your friend's house?
Me: Not going already, she is not free...
Dad: Then now bake lo
Me: har? Really ar? No butter wor
Dad: nevermind, now lets go out to have our brunch and buy
Me: @_@....oooooooo *sui jor* Hahaha

Went back home after 2 hours and planned to start to mix and batter. First of all, I need to find out where are the mixer, scale,measurement spoon ,etc.. After found out all, I realize that no water supply. What the...!!! Cannot wash those stuffs that living together so long with dust-sy dust-sy,Means no need do LO. After 1, back to normal.



Wondering am I doing the right thing? When you close up, it was like satu biji satu biji
