'Winter's climax'

In mandarin, we called it 冬至. In hokkien, we called it Tang Zhek'. So have an idea what am I talking about already right? Yesterday was Winter's climax, so me and my mum 'sou ee' on Saturday night. Suppose to have 5 colours but in the end, we just got 3 colours. The green colour was from pandan leaves and the yellow and red was colouring. Before that, have orange colour from red potato but mum bought not enough glutinous rice flour, so she sacrifice the white colour and mix with the orange. But still, not enough so ended up throw it away. Arghh~~~wasted..
